It’s one of the reasons the show is so good. The dialog is fantastic, Not to mention all the Canadian references this episode!

FWIW, it's mirrored because You Tube actually does video image comparison for most TV shows and won't let you upload if it finds a match. This is part of a continuing effort by the industry to make sure you don't do horrible things like show all your friends how awesome one of their shows is. Mirroring is a way around this check . . . for now.
